I added this suspension stem to my gravel bike a few years or so ago, and have thousands of hard miles on it since. I highly recommend this product. REDSHIFT ShockStop Suspension Stem. It is totally worth the $ and has been a huge relief on my wrists, elbow and shoulders. I recently added one to Kim’s bike too!

After I installed the stem I was intrigued by the REDSHIFT ShockStop Suspension Seatpost, so I added it too. Man, what a great product. It totally dampens the small bumps and makes helps the miles melt away as you pedal. I purchased and installed it on my Kim’s bike as well. We LOVE this item!
