Finally made it to Hokkaido Ramen House and this place was a fun surprise. The inside has a really cool vibe — lanterns, Japanese artwork, warm lighting, and plenty to look at without feeling like they tried too hard.
We started with gyoza and some sashimi, then went straight for the ramen. Both bowls were huge, hot, and packed with stuff. Mine had a nice kick to it, and Kim’s disappeared pretty quickly too, which is usually a good sign. 😂 I also had a Tsingtao because ramen apparently needs a beer friend.

The verdict
The menu is bigger than I expected too — ramen, sushi, rolls, bowls, fried rice, udon, and quite a few things I’d go back to try. Good food, fun atmosphere, and definitely a place we’ll hit again.
Would we go back? Yep. Pretty easy answer.
